Own governance, oversight, and delivery of GIPS-compliant investment performance reporting and composite management across diverse investment strategies.
Act as SME for GIPS, leading day-to-day composite management, performance validation, final GIPS reporting, and governance activities.
Drive strategic initiatives for automation, digital transformation, and process optimization to enhance operational efficiency and reporting transparency.
Minimum 9 years of hands-on experience in Investment Performance and/or GIPS reporting.
Deep expertise in CFA Institute Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS®), including compliance, verification support, and industry best practices.
Strong proficiency with investment performance systems and reporting platforms such as StatPro, Sylvan, Eagle, Aladdin, Bloomberg, and others used in asset management.
Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field strongly preferred; CFA and/or CIPM designation highly desirable.
Experienced professional with deep specialization in investment performance measurement and GIPS lifecycle in mid-to-large investment management firms.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional stakeholder partnerships including Portfolio Management, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and external verifiers to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
Strategic thinker capable of driving process improvements, automation, and managing complex performance reporting projects with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
