Own daily processing and confirmation of mandatory and voluntary corporate action events across multiple asset types, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate with custodians, internal clients (Portfolio Management, Client Reporting), and Corporate Actions Processing team to meet deadlines and apply investment decisions.
Support core business functions including valuation, fund accounting, and regulatory reporting by managing corporate action data and events.
Undergraduate degree, preferably in business-related discipline.
Minimum 2.5 years of relevant work experience with some financial analysis or related analytical skills.
Experience with Corporate Actions or data management preferred; previous internships in financial services are a plus.
Location: Remote, India.
Familiarity with multiple asset classes (stocks, bonds, OTC derivatives) and their use in investment portfolios.
Comfortable working in a regulatory and client service environment with interaction across senior management and global teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of managing data accuracy under deadlines in a dynamic environment.
