Lead and manage E&S and EHS due diligence projects for M&A transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, and capital raising.
Develop and implement detailed environmental, social and health and safety action plans and post-acquisition sustainability value creation plans.
Coordinate ESG advisory projects from conception to delivery while ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to project objectives.
Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, sustainability, business, or finance; Master's degree in related disciplines preferred.
5-6 years of consulting experience in sustainability, preferably with buyside and sell side due diligence exposure.
Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with AI tools.
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) and willingness to travel as required.
Experience working on M&A deals with a focus on sustainability and EHS due diligence, ideally including exposure to private equity transactions.
Strong project management skills and ability to lead teams in a consultancy environment with client and proposal management experience.
