Manage accounting and revenue acceptance processes for Contra Revenue lines such as rebates, incentives, advisor services, waivers, and claw backs.
Review and approve funds availability for advisor services and collaborate with account managers to resolve related issues and optimize revenue.
Lead accrual reviews with business managers, ensure timely financial close, prepare GL reconciliations, variance analysis, and support regional projects related to rebates and incentives.
Master's degree in Accounting or Finance; Chartered Accountant or CPA preferred.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
Experience with financial/ERP systems; Oracle experience preferred.
Work Experience Required: Progressive accounting experience, preferably in a large, global environment.
Experienced in revenue accounting processes within a complex, cross-functional global business setting.
Proficient in analytics, financial reporting, and reconciling transactions under tight deadlines with focus on controls and compliance.
Effective communicator able to engage with cross-level stakeholders including account managers and business partners to resolve financial issues.
