Manage accounting and revenue acceptance processes for Contra Revenue lines including rebates, incentives, advisor services, waivers, and clawbacks.
Review and approve availability of funds for advisor services and collaborate with account managers to resolve fund-related issues and maximize revenue.
Lead financial close activities including journal entry review, GL reconciliations, variance analysis, and produce reports and analytics for internal and corporate teams.
Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Chartered Accountant or CPA preferred.
Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
Experience with advanced MS Excel and financial/ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
Work Experience Required: Progressive accounting experience, preferably in a large, global environment.
Experienced in accounting with strong expertise in revenue recognition and contra revenue accounting.
Operationally focused with the ability to ensure controls and compliance in accounting processes within a global, matrixed environment.
Capable of collaborating effectively with business stakeholders to resolve financial issues and support process improvements.
