Lead modernization and continuous improvement of the Business Continuity program incorporating AI-enabled workflows to enhance operational resilience and automate Business Impact Analysis, plan generation, and dependency mapping.
Partner with Disaster Recovery team to provide analysis, triage, coordination, and support for technology recovery activities ensuring alignment between Business Continuity requirements and recovery capabilities.

Must be available to work third shift (10:00 pm - 7:00 am IST).
Experienced in driving AI-enabled modernization of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery functions with strong project management skills to meet deliverables.
Skilled in mapping dependencies across vendors, technologies, critical systems, and coordinating complex cross-functional teams including global virtual teams.
Ability to influence and lead diverse teams, manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
