Familiarity with automation concepts, AI-enabled workflows, and Agentic AI principles with willingness to apply emerging technologies in DR and Business Continuity.
Willingness and ability to work third shift (10:00 pm – 7:00 am IST).
Experienced in leading cross-functional and global teams to implement and continuously improve Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity capabilities integrated with AI automation.
Strong technical grasp of Agentic AI-enabled workflow design, governance, and compliance applied specifically to DR planning and operational resilience.
Able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, virtual team environment.
