Execute and oversee daily accounting and reconciliation activities across investment portfolios, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks, liaising with custodians, fund administrators, and internal teams to address issues.
Support accounting activities including journal entries, accruals, TMV validation, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and risk controls.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CA/CFA/CPA is a plus.
3–6 years of experience in middle office, fund accounting, or reconciliation roles.
Strong understanding of financial instruments including equities, fixed income, and derivatives preferred.
Experience with reconciliation tools and accounting systems.
Experienced in handling reconciliations and accounting controls within a middle office environment involving multiple asset classes.
Ability to manage exceptions, coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders, and handle operational risk.
Familiarity with reconciliation platforms (e.g., TLM, DUCO, IntelliMatch) and exposure to automation tools (e.g., Alteryx, Python, RPA).
