Manage and execute daily accounting and reconciliation activities across multiple asset classes ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CA/CFA/CPA considered a plus.
3–6 years of experience in middle office, fund accounting, or reconciliation roles.
Strong understanding of financial instruments including equities, fixed income, and derivatives.
Experience with reconciliation tools and accounting systems is mandatory.
Experienced in handling multi-asset class operations within middle office or fund/accounting environments with ability to manage risk and exceptions.
Analytical and operationally rigorous with capability to lead root cause analysis and process improvements including automation.
Skilled in stakeholder management and communication, capable of mentoring juniors and collaborating effectively across teams.
