Lead technology research and proof-of-concepts (POCs) on emerging technologies such as Java 25, GraalVM, and service mesh and drive adoption across the organization.
Design, build, deploy, and maintain end-to-end microservices using Java, Spring Boot, Python Flask on Kubernetes/Docker with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring via Grafana.
Own and scale AI adoption efforts including building agentic platforms, internal AI tooling, and manage MiQ's Rapid Application Development platforms (Retool, Replit) including infrastructure, operations, and compliance standards.
4-8 years of professional experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Python Flask development.
Working knowledge of AWS services (EKS, VPC, RDS) and Infrastructure as Code to manage platform health, scaling, and security.
Experience designing and building microservices deployed on Kubernetes/Docker with CI/CD.

Operator familiar with end-to-end microservices development, deployment, monitoring, and platform ownership including cloud infrastructure and security aspects.
Technically savvy with a proactive role in scaling AI adoption and Rad platform operations, able to consult across multiple teams and influence without direct authority.
