Manage multiple concurrent electronic product development projects using Project Portfolio Management software, ensuring projects meet strategic goals and KPIs.
Lead global cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality to drive project execution from concept through mass production and manufacturing transitions.
Prepare and present executive-level status reports, risk mitigation, and recovery plans to leadership and customers, while maintaining key OEM account relationships.
5+ years of project management experience.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Software Engineering.
Experience managing electronics or embedded hardware products, including New Product Introduction (NPI).
Experienced with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies.
Experienced in leading global, cross-functional teams without direct authority, coordinating across multiple time zones and regions (North America, Europe, Asia).
Track record of successfully executing at least three projects in electronics product development, preferably in OEM/ODM or manufacturing environments.
Strong customer-facing communication skills with the ability to manage relationships and align multiple stakeholders towards project objectives.
