Govern and advance the information security maturity across the organization focusing on emerging technologies like cloud-native platforms, AI, automation, and modern digital architectures.
Design and execute security maturity assessments, continuously improving people, processes, and technology, leveraging automation and analytics for efficiency and insight.
Provide senior representation in governance forums and stakeholder engagements; develop and maintain security policies and control frameworks aligned with ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, and regulatory expectations.
8+ years of experience in information security governance, risk management, or security assurance.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent; preferred certifications include ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CISSP, CISM, CRISC.
Experienced in strategic ownership and leadership of enterprise-wide Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) aligned with international standards.
Comfortable working autonomously with the ability to prioritize competing demands and influence senior stakeholders effectively.
Familiar with security governance models for emerging technologies such as AI/ML, automation, and advanced data platforms to drive continuous security maturity improvement.
