Master's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience with investment performance measurement, analysis, and reporting, preferably in broker/dealer environment.
Position based in India with ability to collaborate virtually with US-based teams; in-office presence required at least three days per week.
Strong expertise in investment performance methodologies, including time-weighted and money-weighted returns, and knowledge of GIPS standards.
Experience working with performance measurement and portfolio accounting systems such as Pershing X, First Rate, InvestCloud, Morningstar Direct, or FactSet.
Demonstrated leadership through influence and collaboration without direct people management; capable of multi-tasking across projects and maintaining vendor and organizational relationships.
