Develop and maintain high-volume post-trade processing applications supporting securities and tax workflows across national and international markets, handling more than 20 million transactions annually.
Design, implement, and administer J2SE/J2EE application code with a focus on scalability, availability, maintainability, and flexibility, including defect analysis and mitigation to minimize impact.
Lead engineering capability improvements by defining and rolling out best practices, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating closely with architects and engineering management.
Minimum 12 years of software engineering experience with strong Agile delivery familiarity.
Proficient in Core Java and Java EE technologies including JSF, JAX-WS, EJB, Hibernate/JPA, JMS, and SQL.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent; graduate degree in Engineering or Management is advantageous.
Experienced in developing critical financial industry applications involving post-trade, custody, and asset servicing processes on high-volume platforms.
Demonstrated leadership in improving engineering delivery standards and strong mentoring ability for junior engineers.
Comfortable working in Agile environments with a strong focus on engineering excellence, scalable solutions, and operational reliability.
