Ensure end-to-end monitoring and alerting for Azure platform services including IAM, APIM, MongoDB, and event frameworks to maintain health, performance, and security.
Perform initial triage on monitoring alerts, escalate incidents following procedures, and support incident resolution using runbooks and operational processes.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to enhance monitoring coverage, reduce alert fatigue, and participate in shift operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
3–5 years in Application/Production Support or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) roles.
Mandatory skills: Oracle SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, Performance tuning, ITIL, L1/L2 Application and Production Support experience.
Engineering degree (BE/BTech or equivalent) is required.
Immediate joiners preferred; relocation to Coimbatore preferred; strong fundamentals in Azure platform, monitoring tools, and Kubernetes required.
Experienced in designing monitoring solutions with hands-on expertise in KQL, Log Analytics, Azure Workbooks and alert hierarchy optimization.
Familiarity with cloud-native services including APIM diagnostics, event hub log forwarding, MongoDB Atlas or equivalent NoSQL databases, and event-driven architectures (Azure Event Grid, Service Bus, Event Hubs).
Comfortable operating in fast-paced support environments requiring proactive issue detection, incident escalation, and cross-functional collaboration to improve platform reliability.
