Translate manufacturing business needs into detailed epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios to guide delivery teams.
Collaborate with manufacturing SMEs, data owners, product owners, and technical teams to ensure manufacturing data and analytics solutions meet business, functional, quality, and compliance requirements.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, Data or related field.
8–13 years of experience in business systems analysis, product analysis, or requirements engineering.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Agile, SAFe, Scrum) and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
Experienced in translating specialized manufacturing and process knowledge into clear functional and technical requirements.
Strong collaborator with proven ability to work effectively with global, cross-functional teams including SMEs, developers, data engineers, architects, UX/UI, and QA.
Skilled in facilitating workshops and stakeholder alignment to deliver incremental business value in an Agile/Scaled Agile environment.
