Maintain and update business case data for R&D pipeline projects in Elanco's Project & Portfolio Management system (EPPM).
Review and validate project and financial inputs, ensuring accuracy and consistency in valuation data.
Support portfolio and scenario financial analyses, preparation of valuation summaries, and continuous improvement of valuation processes and tools.
Master's degree in Finance with 4-5 years experience, or Chartered Accountant with 2-3 years experience, or Cost & Management Accountant with 4-5 years experience.
Experience in financial analysis, FP&A, valuation, or a related finance role.
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial and portfolio management systems.
Location: Bangalore, India; Travel up to 10%.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data quality and detail.
Experience with discounted cash flow/NPV analysis and financial modeling, preferably within R&D-intensive industries such as pharmaceuticals or animal health.
Ability to work collaboratively across a global matrix organization with strong communication skills.
