Manage and resolve operational issues to ensure efficient freight flow, including timely pickup and return of loaded/empty containers.
Coordinate freight movements, schedule cargo pickups/deliveries, secure chassis reservations, and maintain communication with drivers, clients, and terminals.
Update transportation management system (TMS), daily reports, and container recaps, while escalating driver issues as needed.
Graduate or Postgraduate degree with 4-5 years experience in operations, financial analysis, shipping, or logistics business.
Willingness to work full night shifts.
Excellent English communication skills (fluent oral and written).
Strong proficiency in Windows applications, especially MS Excel (v-lookup, pivots, complex formulas) and MS PowerPoint.
Experience with logistics operations focusing on freight coordination, container movements, and transportation systems.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and ability to communicate data-driven solutions to stakeholders.
Familiarity or willingness to work with data platforms such as Power BI, Python, or R; driven to lead initiatives and manage change.
