Execute and manage end-to-end supply chain operations including shipment tracking, milestone updates, reporting, validation, and exception handling across 3PL, 4PL, and Destination Container Management processes.
Maintain accuracy and timeliness of daily, weekly, and monthly operational and KPI reports, and handle customer, vendor, and internal stakeholder communications via professional email.
Support automation and AI initiatives by preparing inputs, validating outputs, testing automation results, and maintaining process documentation such as SOPs and IOPs.
Graduate degree required.
3 to 7 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, logistics, freight forwarding, or shared services operations.
Working knowledge of 3PL and 4PL supply chain operations including shipment lifecycle, milestone tracking, and reporting.
Strong written communication skills with experience in customer/stakeholder email handling and proficiency in MS Excel; exposure to Power BI, Power Automate, or AI tools preferred.
Experienced in high-volume, deadline-driven SCM operational environments with strong execution discipline and attention to detail.
Capable of managing cross-functional communication and reporting to meet SLA adherence and quality standards.
Comfortable supporting automation and process improvement initiatives with ability to validate and test AI or reporting tools in logistics operations.
