Senior Technical Consultant – Shift Lead (Entra Apps Tenant Migration)

Lead on-shift technical delivery and execution of tenant-to-tenant Entra Apps migration/remediation runbooks within a 24x7 shift model, ensuring throughput, quality, and operational handovers.

Own triage and resolution of application access failures post-migration, coordinating recreation and validation of apps, keys/secrets/certificates, permissions, and cross-tenant access.

Drive continuous improvement of runbooks and evidence capture for audit/governance; manage backlog prioritization and stakeholder coordination to meet cutover schedules.

Experience delivering production tenant-to-tenant Entra Apps remediation including application authentication and cutover validation.

Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Entra ID app constructs (enterprise apps, app registrations, service principals, permissions/consent, tokens/claims).

Proven ability to operate in a 24x7 three-shift delivery model with formal handovers and accountability for shift outcomes.

Experience with secrets/certificates lifecycle, conditional access, cross-tenant access settings, runbook discipline, and evidence capture in audited environments.

Structured, evidence-driven leader comfortable managing technical triage and prioritization under pressure in a 24x7 shift environment.

Strong experience coordinating cross-disciplinary teams and stakeholders, with clear communication of risks and impact to technical and non-technical audiences.

Deep domain expertise in Microsoft Entra Apps migrations including secure handling of credentials, conditional access governance, and collaboration with identity/security stakeholders.
