Configure, maintain, and enhance Broadridge’s Source-to-Pay (S2P) systems, focusing on Coupa and/or Zycus, to align with procurement and sourcing objectives.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
3–5 years of experience in System Administration, Analyst, or similar technology-support role.
Hands-on experience with Coupa, SAP Ariba, or Zycus systems, including configuration and maintenance of S2P platforms.
Experience with cXML integration setup and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, invoicing, catalog, and vendor management processes combined with system administration expertise.
Demonstrated ability to bridge business and technology teams effectively, handling system configuration, testing, and change management.
Experience working in fast-paced, goal-oriented environments with strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
