Lead design and implementation of scalable data engineering solutions using Cognite Data Fusion® platform.
Manage integrations, data extractions, modeling, and analysis with data connectors, SQL, Python/Java, and REST APIs.
Collaborate with data scientists, solution architects, and project managers to deliver industrial data solutions and support customers on Cognite products.
Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or similar; relevant experience may compensate for formal education.
Minimum 8+ years of experience in customer-facing, data-intensive roles.
Experience delivering production-grade data pipelines using Python, SQL, and REST APIs.
Experience with distributed computing (e.g., Kubernetes) and managed cloud services (GCP and/or Azure).
Proven ability to independently lead data engineering projects in cross-functional teams with a DevOps mindset.
Experience or domain knowledge in oil and gas and/or manufacturing industries is a plus.
Comfortable contributing to product development by translating customer needs into prioritized offerings and sharing knowledge across teams.
