Lead 24x7 on-call operations, build AI-driven workflows to improve operational efficiency, and ensure reliability through root cause analysis and runbook documentation.
1-3 years hands-on Azure operations experience, preferably including Azure Government Cloud.

Experienced in production Azure operations with a focus on mission-critical, high-availability systems in regulated environments (e.g., law enforcement digital evidence platforms).
Proven ability to build automation and AI-assisted operational tools that reduce manual efforts and improve reliability.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, 24x7 on-call rotations within a global team, emphasizing disciplined incident management and continuous improvement.
