Lead AMIO Regional technical training teams to develop, adapt and implement Technical Training Academy strategy across AMIO region focusing on New Model Launch and Technical Skills.

English/Arabic/French language skills; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, TEAMS; knowledge of LCMS (ELUCIDAT) and LMS (Saba cloud).
Experienced in regional technical training strategy implementation within automotive after-sales and service domains.
Able to manage cross-functional coordination and budget planning while aligning with global/regional training standards.
Demonstrates capability in monitoring training effectiveness through KPIs and improving performance across multiple markets in the AMIO region.
