Strong background in AI-driven network support enhancements combining hands-on technical skills with knowledge of support workflows and SLA management.
Skilled in using analytics and visualization tools (Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau) to translate data into actionable insights and improvements for engineering and leadership stakeholders.
