Oversee staff on pre-audit planning and field work, reviewing client accounting and operations.

Support risk assessment, develop audit plans, draft audit reports, and build client relationships with involvement in networking.
Bachelor's degree required.
CPA (US) or CA (ICAI) preferred, or must meet educational requirements to obtain upon hire.
Minimum of 3 years related experience, US assurance experience preferred.
Previous experience in a public accounting firm and managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.
Experience operating in a multi-client, deadline-driven public accounting environment.
Skilled in applying technical audit standards and complex financial analysis.
Ability to manage and mentor junior staff while advancing audit engagements and client communication.
