MCSA, MSCE, MCITP, and Azure (Az-104) certifications mandatory.
At least 1 year of experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow.
Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell preferred), familiarity with monitoring/logging tools, and understanding of security/compliance practices.
Experience managing on-premises data center infrastructure and cloud environments (specifically Azure) with a strong operational focus.
Able to troubleshoot and optimize complex IT environments including networking (AD, DNS, DHCP, IPv4/IPv6) and virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
Comfortable with process improvement, documentation governance, and engaging with stakeholders to communicate technical issues and solutions.
