Lead technical aspects of customer project implementations from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate across teams (Solution Architects, Product Management, Development, QA, TechOps, Support) throughout all project phases.
Own design documentation, coding, testing, deployment scripting, and performance tuning activities within customer projects.
Minimum 8 years of software development and implementation experience.
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Oracle/SQL, and full stack development including React JS.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or OCI, continuous integration tools (Jira, Git, Jenkins, Maven), and enterprise integration protocols (SOAP, REST, JMS).
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or IT.
Experienced in leading end-to-end technical delivery and collaborating with cross-functional teams in enterprise software environments.
Strong background in scalable, resilient multi-tenant application architectures and cloud technologies (OCI, Azure).
Familiarity with supply chain or logistics domains, and hands-on experience with modern web client technologies like ReactJS or EXTJS is a plus.
