Bachelor's degree in computer science, information management, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in data management, data governance, or related field with 1-2 years of experience in US Healthcare data.
Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, database management systems, and data profiling/analysis tools.
Knowledge of data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Experienced in managing data quality and governance in healthcare or related regulated environments, especially US Healthcare domain.
Able to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders to define and maintain data standards and governance practices.
Skilled at using data management and MDM tools such as Reltio, Informatica, and familiarity with Snowflake is a plus.
