Technical fluency in finance operations with ability to explain complex accounting concepts to non-technical stakeholders such as sales heads.
Proactive in process optimization and automation, comfortable building and maintaining BI dashboards (Looker/PowerBI) and basic SQL knowledge.
Experienced in mentoring junior analysts or interns and capable of ownership-driven work style focused on fixing broken processes and improving methodologies.
