Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and RESTful APIs using Python, Django, and/or FastAPI.
Develop cloud-native applications and infrastructure on AWS using Docker, Terraform, AWS Copilot, Lambda, ECS/ECR, and related services.
Optimize database performance with MongoDB and SQL, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to CI/CD pipeline automation and monitoring.
3–5 years of backend development experience.
Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with Django and/or FastAPI.
Experience with AWS services including Docker, Terraform, AWS Copilot, Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, ECS/ECR, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM.
Experience with MongoDB (aggregation pipelines, optimization) and SQL query optimization.
Experienced in developing scalable backend systems and cloud deployments in fast-paced Agile/Scrum environments.
Capable of owning assigned tasks end-to-end and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams including frontend, QA, and product owners.
Familiar with modern CI/CD practices, observability tools, asynchronous programming (Celery, asyncio) and DevOps workflows to ensure performance and reliability.
