Administer and maintain global VMware vSphere environments including ESXi hosts, vCenter, clusters, resource pools, HA, DRS, and virtual machines ensuring optimal performance and capacity.
Manage enterprise datacenter operations covering server hardware, SAN/NAS storage platforms, hardware lifecycle, and datacenter environmental monitoring for high availability and reliability.
Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise infrastructure including Windows and Linux servers, SaaS applications, backup, disaster recovery solutions, and collaborate on global infrastructure modernization initiatives.
5-7 years of enterprise IT infrastructure experience, including VMware virtualization, datacenter operations, Windows/Linux Server administration, enterprise storage, backup, and disaster recovery.

Experienced infrastructure engineer with strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills for complex VMware and server issues.
Proficient in automation scripting (PowerShell, PowerCLI, Bash, Python) and supporting hybrid cloud environments (Azure and/or AWS).
Capable of managing end-to-end enterprise datacenter operations and collaborating with global IT teams on infrastructure modernization and disaster recovery initiatives.
