Maintain daily trade operations for multiple asset classes including fixed income, equity, and foreign exchange to ensure timely trade confirmation and settlement.
Manage relationships and communication with brokers, internal trading desks, and senior management to resolve trade discrepancies and settlement issues.
Implement and test process changes and projects responding to regulatory and market conditions, including documenting updated procedures and guiding offshore teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a relevant discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Trade Support or a related role with time-sensitive deadline management.
Experience with trade management systems such as CTM, GTSS, Apex, Portfolio Management System, ACE, GO, Bloomberg, and trade confirmation tools.

Experienced in supporting multiple asset classes trade confirmation, allocation, and settlement in a fast-paced trading or investment management environment.
Strong operational focus with skills in resolving trade breaks, exceptions, and managing production issues related to trade processing.
Comfortable engaging with front office and senior management, providing clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
