Support acquisition and preparation of Intellectual Property data (Patents and Trademarks) for Clarivate product databases.
Validate and proofread IP data, identify errors and recommend process improvements including automation opportunities.
Assist in resolving data entry/system issues and contribute to quality control, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
Bachelors or Master's degree (excluding Pharmacy, Ph.D., MCA, M.Tech).
Experience: Fresher or 6 months to 1 year in content ingestion or customer-focused role.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; knowledge of JSON, XML, cXML preferred.
Location: Noida; Work hours 9 AM to 6 PM IST.
Interest or some experience in Intellectual Property domain, especially Patents or Trademarks data.
Technical aptitude to troubleshoot ingestion processes and eagerness to learn technical aspects.
Ability to identify data quality issues and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
