Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI; familiarity with real estate terminology is desirable.
Detail-oriented individual skilled in data management and analytics, capable of maintaining data accuracy and verifying system data regularly.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including leasing, tenant representation, valuations, property and asset management, and research.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with planning, organization, and process management responsibilities.
