Own the management and maintenance of electromechanical and utilities services on site during assigned shifts, leading and developing the technician team.
Oversee planned preventive maintenance, risk inspections, defect tracking under warranty and AMC/CAMC management, and energy conservation initiatives.
Manage vendor relations including quotations, invoices, SLAs, KPIs, cost sheet submission, and timely contract renewals; also support risk assessment and incident escalation processes.
Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent disciplines.
Minimum 5-6 years of work experience in Real Estate, Hotel, or Construction Industry.

Experienced in leading engineering or technical maintenance teams within property management or real estate environments.
Proficient in coordinating multiple stakeholders including property management, clients, technicians, and vendors with a focus on operational excellence.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills, adept at preventive maintenance planning, risk management, and compliance with safety protocols.
