Own the definition, prioritization, and delivery of user stories in the scrum team backlog for the Entitlements program using Agile methodology.
Represent the customer perspective and collaborate with Product Owner and SMEs to build and maintain the product backlog aligned to program strategy and release goals.
Support and oversee software development lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, design validation, testing coordination, operational readiness, and rollout support.
7+ years relevant experience as Business Analyst/Product Owner; 13+ years overall work experience or equivalent seniority preferred.
Experience in Global Custody and/or Asset Servicing domain with strong knowledge of entitlements processing and best practices.
Proven experience with Agile methodology including extensive story and EPIC writing.
Experience with BaNCS and/or IMActions systems desired; strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).
Experienced in large multiyear global transformation projects within financial services, especially custody and asset servicing.
Ability to integrate business strategy with technical project scope, providing oversight and leadership within scrum teams.
Strong competency in data analysis, process modeling, and stakeholder management in a cross-functional, agile environment.
