Define migration scope, assess data readiness, identify data quality risks, and oversee execution of migration activities such as mock cycles, cutover, go-live, and hypercare support.
Collaborate with client stakeholders, SAP functional and technical teams to design migration strategy, data validation, reconciliation, and documentation for global SAP transformation engagements.
7 to 11 years of work experience in SAP migration or implementation projects.
Hands-on experience with SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation and exposure to migration approaches like Bluefield, Brownfield, or Greenfield.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (BTech, MBA, MCA, MTech).
Strong understanding of SAP data objects across modules and data migration concepts (profiling, cleansing, validation).
Experienced in managing complex SAP transformation programs with global and multi-workstream teams in a client-facing consulting role.
Capable of driving end-to-end data migration strategy aligned to business priorities and S/4HANA design considerations.
Familiar with SAP migration/selective data transition tools (e.g., SNP CrystalBridge, SAP Migration Cockpit) and corporate delivery methods, preferably from large consulting firms.
