Own requirements engineering and design of farm level closed loop EDGE applications and analytics for wind turbine/wind-farm SCADA and EDGE platforms.
Develop, test, validate, and deploy EDGE application software features and optimization algorithms in C#, .NET, and Python, including containerization and deployment in actual wind farm environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, development, global research, and support for product configuration, sustaining, and validation with up to 10% travel.
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Controls or Computer Science Engineering; Renewable Energy emphasis preferred.
Experience in software development with C#, .NET, Python; testing, validation, deployment; and familiarity with dockers and Kubernetes.
Experience with wind turbine systems, Industrial SCADA & EDGE systems, control system design and MATLAB Simulink, C/C++/C#, Python, GEV Renewables SCADA & EDGE platforms.
Experience with system/software design principles, SDLC, Agile, AI-based software tools, and implementing cybersecurity and coding standards.
Experienced in wind energy control systems and Industrial SCADA & EDGE environments with a strong software development background.
Able to work effectively in a global team environment with minimal supervision and handle cross-functional collaboration and technical communication.
Demonstrated capability in delivering scalable, reliable, robust control solutions by integrating system-level impacts and lifecycle considerations.
