Lead process design, governance, and transition management from current to future state ensuring high-quality, well-controlled, user-centric processes aligned to strategic objectives and programme timelines.
Partner with functional teams, governance forums, and change management to drive adoption, benefit realisation, and maintain business continuity during transitions.
8+ years relevant experience in complex global organisations, ideally Consumer Health or FMCG sectors.
Strong technical understanding of intercompany trade of goods and services including accounting, reconciliation, and group reporting.
