Ensure day-to-day L2 operational stability and performance of SAP Core Banking systems in production and non-production environments.
Monitor system functionality, proactively identify issues, manage incident detection, and coordinate resolution within SLA for all incident categories.
Partner with multiple teams to maintain system availability, resilience, and performance while supporting continuous improvement and automation initiatives, including AI-driven incident management.
4-8 years experience with SAP Finance products, preferably SAP Banking Services and TRBK.
Strong knowledge of SAP Banking Modules: Business Partner, Deposits Management, Master Contract Management, Loans Management, Payments.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science/Information Technology).
Experience with incident and change management in large or regulated organisations; familiarity with ITIL Service Management processes.
Proven ability to manage L2 support and maintain operational stability in complex SAP banking environments with high transaction volumes.
Experience working in regulated sectors such as banking or financial services with strong stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with ABAP debugging and AI tools to automate operational tasks is highly desirable.
