Design, implement, and govern privileged access management (PAM) cyber security controls across the Group to address identity risks.
Support the uplift of PAM controls, policies, and standards ensuring alignment with evolving threats and compliance requirements (e.g., APRA CPS 234, ISO 27001).
Provide operational oversight and compliance reporting for privileged accounts, coordinate audit processes, and lead closure of related risk issue findings.
Minimum 15+ years of IT experience, including Cyber Security Controls, Cyber Security Risk, IAM, or Technology Risk in large complex organisations.
Bachelor of Engineering or B. Tech degree required.
Experience with privileged access management, cyber security controls design or uplift, and governance approval processes.
Ability to work with diverse stakeholders across technology, architecture, engineering, and risk functions.
Experienced in managing cyber security risks and controls related to identity and access in a complex enterprise environment.
Strong risk mindset capable of translating technical IAM concepts into practical controls and standards.
Comfortable working in ambiguous situations, influencing cross-functional teams, and aligning security controls with emerging threats such as AI-related identity risks.
