Develop and implement operational strategies for power sector utilities in India and internationally, focusing on efficiency, regulatory compliance, and technology adoption.

3-5 years of relevant experience in power sector utilities or related consulting.
Education: B.E./B.Tech and MBA/PGDM mandatory.
Knowledge of Indian power market structures, regulations, and RE grid integration challenges.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, data visualization, strong presentation skills, and fluent English communication.
Experience with Indian and international power utilities across transmission, distribution, and system operator functions, including SLDC/RLDC/NLDC operations.
Ability to deliver complex solutions around operating model redesign, business process re-engineering, and strategy within power utilities.
Familiarity with emerging market mechanisms such as ancillary services, green energy trading, and market-based balancing solutions.
