Provide L2/L3 support and incident management for enterprise LAN, WAN, and network security infrastructure, ensuring systems operate at peak performance within defined SLAs.
Support operational aspects of Zero Trust security architecture including access control, network policies, continuous monitoring, and threat visibility.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers (including Japanese clients) to execute change management, maintain operational documentation, and deliver quality network and security solutions on time.
4-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management projects, specifically networking and security operations.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with routing & switching (L2/L3), VLANs, OSPF, BGP, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, enterprise firewalls (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco Firepower), VPNs, and network security policies.
Experience in 24x7 production support environments with incident, problem, and change management including participation in major incident bridges.
Proficiency in operational support of Zero Trust security models and familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow; Japanese work culture understanding or language proficiency (N3/N4) is a strong plus but not mandatory.
Experienced in managing live network and security projects with strong ownership and analytical skills focused on incident resolution and root cause analysis under high-severity conditions.
Comfortable working in process-driven, audit-focused environments supporting enterprise clients, preferably with exposure to Japan/APAC markets or SNOC/SOC operations.
Operates effectively coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining communication with diverse stakeholders including account teams and customers, with capability to produce structured updates and documentation.
