Lead troubleshooting and resolution of customer-reported issues on Juniper Routing platforms (PTX, MX), including replicating environments and coordinating with engineering.
Own communication and documentation between customers and internal teams to ensure timely problem resolution and customer advocacy.
Provide technical expertise and mentorship, participate in customer reviews, trainings, product deployment, and knowledge base creation as an individual contributor.
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent).
Minimum 10 years of experience in the Networking Industry; alternatively, 7+ years extensive JUNOS experience or 7+ years troubleshooting Datacenter or Enterprise core networks.
Proficiency with Layer 3 and Layer 2 networking technologies, IP routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, ISIS), multicast protocols, MPLS and VPN technologies.
Hybrid work model requiring approximately 2 days per week onsite at an HPE office.
Deep experience with Juniper platforms (routers, switches), and familiarity with Cisco, Arista, and Alcatel equipment.
Strong expertise in routing and multicast technologies including advanced multicast and data center networking technologies (e.g., NG-MVPN, MC-LAG, VxLAN, EVPN).
Experience operating in a customer-facing technical support role requiring direct issue ownership and cross-team coordination, with capability to mentor peers and contribute to knowledge resources.
