Conduct deep secondary research to build structured intelligence on private market companies, ownerships, deals, valuations, and corporate events.
Analyze complex M&A transactions, investment rounds, ownership changes, and corporate restructurings, applying judgment under ambiguous and conflicting information.
Drive research productivity using AI-enabled tools to accelerate research cycles, improve source comparison, and maintain data quality with evidence-backed documentation.
Minimum 18 months relevant experience in research, financial/market data, private markets, deals, or business intelligence.
Post Graduate degree or BTech with excellent academic record.
Strong primary-source research skills and ability to interpret both structured and unstructured data and conflicting information.
Experience or exposure to Excel, Office 365, SharePoint, and preferred skills in SQL/Python and AI-assisted research tools.
Experienced in private markets domain, familiar with deal lifecycle and ownership structures.
Ability to operate under ambiguity with strong judgment in interpreting complex, conflicting, or partial information.
Comfortable working with AI-enabled workflows and research automation tools to enhance productivity and data accuracy.
