Work hours: 1 PM to 10 PM IST.
Experienced in supporting Cisco switching platforms including Catalyst and Nexus in enterprise LAN environments.
Skilled in troubleshooting complex network issues under pressure, familiar with network monitoring (e.g., SolarWinds) and ticketing tools like ServiceNow.
Comfortable coordinating cross-team efforts involving servers, storage, and applications in physical and virtual/cloud environments (AWS preferred).
