Work hours: 1 PM to 10 PM IST.
Experienced in enterprise LAN troubleshooting specifically on Cisco switching platforms (Catalyst, Nexus).
Skilled in monitoring tools (e.g., Logic Monitor, SolarWinds, PRTG) and familiar with ITIL processes and ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments requiring strong problem-solving and cross-team collaboration skills.
