Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of multiple consulting project workstreams in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial supply chain and operations.
Provide subject matter expertise in supply chain analysis, manufacturing/distribution network design, localization/outsourcing, logistics optimization, S&OP implementation, and operational excellence using lean and Six Sigma.
