Experienced in driving architecture governance processes, including ARB approvals, security reviews, and production readiness for regulated enterprise deployments.
Strong technical leadership in integrating AI agents with enterprise ITSM, developer tools, knowledge repositories, and monitoring systems under stringent security and compliance constraints.
